Engineers Canada established the Canadian Engineering Qualifications Board (CEQB) in 1986. CEQB's primary role is to develop national guidelines on professional engineering qualifications, standards of practice, ethics and professional conduct. The intent of the guidelines is to promote consistency in the licensing, registration and regulatory practices of Engineers Canada's member associations and ordre, the 12 provincial and territorial bodies that regulate the practice of engineering in Canada.
They maintain our accepted benchmark Engineering Syllabi.
