The Appeal Committee fulfills one of the core functions of Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba, as mandated by the Act and by-laws. Appeal Committee members determine, as a panel, whether to uphold, modify, or overturn decisions made by the Registration Committee, Registrar, or Investigation Committee, by hearing appeals made by applicants regarding registration decisions, and complainants regarding decisions made by the Investigation Committee.
