Cancellation Policy

  • Changes and cancellations must be made by October 21, 2014
  • Cancellations received by October 21, 2014 will be subject to a $25 processing fee.
  • As of October 22, 2014 no refunds will be given.
  • Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, etc.
  • Substitutions may be made in advance by October 22, 2014. After this date substitutions will be made onsite at the Fort Garry Hotel with a letter from the original registrant.
